These Italian Green Beans are a delicious and light side dish. Accompany it with this salmon recipe, they go great together. This is a fast, healthy, easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 200 grams of green beans
- 1 teaspoon of avocado oil
- 1 sun dried tomato, finely chopped
- Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Put a pot of water to boil
- Once the water is boiling add the green beans for 5 min.
- Drain and put them in a bowl.
- Add the avocado oil, sun dried tomato, spices and mix.
- Place the green beans in a tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!!
You can substitute the raw green beans for frozen ones, all you have to do is skip to step number 5 and add 5 more minutes in the oven.
Pro Tip: Add some freshly grated parmesan cheese as soon as you take them out of the oven.
